PRO SLOT ROTORS

C.S.S.B., Inc. introduces a new and unique line of performance brake rotors. This product combines Race Car Technology and Aerospace Technology together producing the Pro Slot Brake Rotor.
 
At C.S.S.B., Inc, all of our products; Brake Lines, Fuel Lines, Power Steering Hoses, Remanufactured Brake and Steering Parts, and our D.O.T. Braided Stainless Brake Hoses are made from the best-engineered parts and materials available. Our Pro Slot Rotors are made from materials that far exceed S.A.E. requirements and are match machined to OEM specifications.
        
Taking a quality rotor, that is OE or replacement, slotting with our CNC Machining Center, Plating, and then Cryogenically treating produces the best Brake Rotor for your money.
Utilizing our CAD system, which we have linked to our state of the art CNC machining center, each rotor is machined with a double groove slot. This slot has a deeper leading edge on the first machined pass, which covers approximately 80%, and then the slot is machined for the second time with a shallow groove on the following edge. This shallower groove helps prevent hot spots from the gasses venting as each slot passes the friction material (Brake Pad).                                 
After each rotor is Computer machined without the possibility of Human machining error, it goes in for plating. No, Plating is not a mystery it is a science! You get exactly what you pay for when it comes to plating. That is why we use QQP-416, Type I, Class 2 Cadmium coating. This is Aircraft Quality Cadmium, which produces long resistance to Red Rust. Not only does our Bright plating look good through your custom wheels, it is there to last and that is what you pay for.
Now, the biggest bang for your Buck, Cryogenics!  That is Right, Aerospace Technology at your disposal. No, it is not a bunch of snake oil or hocus-pocus it is the real thing. After years of studying cryogenics, it has turned out to be very useful in science and industry. Basically what it does in this application is make the brake rotor wear resistant. During the cryogenic process the rotor is being dry thermo processed from ambient temperature down to -300 Degrees Fahrenheit to a post temper of +300 Degrees Fahrenheit the molecular structure of the materials retained austenite is converted to martensite, thus stress relieving and material stabilization. Cryogenic and post thermo processing used by us is the only way to promote precipitation of eta-carbides, giving you race car Technology and Aerospace Technology with a bolt on application with no modifications. Just open the box and install it on your car
